Carlson Offshore Tackle was created by John Carlson, a fisherman who started manufacturing tackle by designing, engineering, and distributing the "Carlson Bird" over 20 years ago. This bird has been many fishing captain’s secret to success for catching tuna. Over the years, Carlson has developed a wide variety of rigs that work for other offshore species. The product line is a mix of what’s worked in the last 20 years and innovative new products.
Carlson Offshore Tackle does not sell to end users but does specialize in developing dealerships for Tackle dealers that market to end users.
